Senior Managing Director of Cleveland and Associates and the Interim President & CEO of the American Association of Blacks on Energy. Ralph led in excess of $4 billion in business transformation and asset development efforts and guided more than $10 billion in supply chain spend.

In previous roles, he was responsible for $2.2 billion per year in business unit revenue and $1.4 billion in annual operational expense spend, plus oversight of roughly 15,000 staff members around the globe. His experience spans more than three decades in project, asset, enterprise, corporate and community development.

In previous CEO and President roles, Ralph oversaw various aspects of natural gas processing, storage, transportation, and distribution in energy, oil and gas, petrochemicals, insurance, risk management, technology and commercialization.

He’s led industry groups and has carried stakeholder responsibility for key market exposure documentation and business analysis across every region of the world.
