Ian Walcott is a seasoned energy executive with over 35 years of leadership experience in Trinidad and Tobago’s petrochemical and industrial services sectors. He currently serves as Managing Director of Walcott Holdings, a logistics and industrial services firm, and Novus Technologies Ltd, a startup focused on applying advanced technologies to improve performance in heavy industry. Ian has held several senior executive roles, including Vice President of Operations at the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago and Managing Director of Nutrien Trinidad, where he led large-scale turnarounds, infrastructure recovery, cost optimization, and gas network operations. His experience spans plant commissioning, capital projects, M&A, and strategy execution with multinational firms.

He holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from UWI and an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Anglia Ruskin University
