Malcolm is a seasoned finance and strategy professional with over 16 years of experience supporting high -level decision-making across corporate development, financial analytics, and operational transformation.

He serves as Practice Leader – Strategy and Financial Analytics at Aegis Business Solutions. In th is role, Malcolm leads firm-wide data initiatives, develops bespoke reporting solutions, and advises on strategic growth, business modeling, and performance optimization.

He has also played a key role in M&A and restructuring projects, including the acquisition of a regional energy and engineering services business and the debt restructuring and sale preparation of a major retail group in Trinidad.

Malcolm is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of ICATT, and in 2024 completed the Corporate Valuation Programme delivered in partnership with ACCA and Columbia Business School Executive Education.

He currently serves as President of the Aegis Credit Union Co-operative Society and as Treasurer of the Portuguese Association of Trinidad and Tobago. His experience spans sectors including insurance, energy, hospitality, and retail, with a focus on integrating financial insight with data analytics to deliver measurable results. He is proficient in laws and procedures governing business operations, tax filings and regulatory compliance and has experience working with local and international financial teams.
