He is well known for his record-shattering performance at the Caribbean’s largest insurer. Nigel was appointed Chairman and CEO of the global arm of the Caribbean’s largest conglomerate in 2007. Over a five -year period, he led a team whose performance was unparalleled.

He is the Chairman of the Global Business Leadership Forum Ltd., an international corporation with a focus on global business, connecting leaders and corporations across diverse industries in different geographic locations. Nigel is an international consultant with relationships at the highest levels, with both political and business leaders. He works closely with the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) on a number of projects.

Nigel is also involved in various philanthropic activities across the globe. He led a global private sector response after the devastating hurricane seasons in 2017 and 2019. Nigel is also the Project Leader/Director of a major Caribbean security initiative.
